Dominic has over 11 years experience in the aviation leasing sector, specialising in commercial negotiations, restructurings, enterprise risk management, credit risk, customer workouts and repossessions.

Prior to joining Formidion, Dominic spent 4 years working in Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Risk and Pricing Team, as Risk Management Director with responsibility for lease restructuring, ongoing debtor management and credit due diligence for airline customers. Dominic led a number of high-profile Covid impacted customer transactions.

Previously, Dominic spent 7 years at KPMG Ireland where he specialised in the delivery of Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit services to a number of the world’s largest aircraft lessors and airlines.

Dominic holds an Honour’s Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Dublin City University (DCU) and a Specialist Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the University of Limerick. Dominic is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a certified PRINCE 2 Project Manager.
